Envelope

As i will be working for a low end market an envelope of a flat colour will be most appropriate with no finer details. As my cards will need to retail at a low price this should help to keep the cost down; however, still appeal to my younger demographic. When doing my market research it was consistent throughout the low end stores that a plain envelope was used.

To ensure the envelope coordinates with my card the colour of the envelope will match the hues on the card. Within my card for the formative assessment i have added an orange hue to the inside of the card. If Matt thinks the addition of colour will be achievable at a low price, it will be the inside of the card and the envelope which match in their hues creating a consistent connection between the two.
